The highly favored Air Jordan 7 “Citrus” colorway will be making a comeback for the model’s 30th-anniversary celebration this year for the first time in over a decade. Along with the return, the Jordan Brand looks to release 15 new offerings as its Spring 2022 lineup which includes an AJ 7 in a special “Sapphire” palette. Initially released back in 2006, the color combination was one of the first non-original developments with black nubuck uppers and accents in Bright Orange Citrus and Variety Red hues. The Citrus shade outlines the overlays — an embellishment rarely found on the silhouette — along with an embroidered Jumpman on the ankle collar laterals while the vibrant red accents the tongue, tongue branding and pull tab. Both colors detail the “23” heel tab as well as the midsole which sits over a black rubber outsole.
