The Air Jordan 7 "Citrus" Makes a Juicy Return

Image
The highly favored Air Jordan 7 “Citrus” colorway will be making a comeback for the model’s 30th-anniversary celebration this year for the first time in over a decade. Along with the return, the Jordan Brand looks to release 15 new offerings as its Spring 2022 lineup which includes an AJ 7 in a special “Sapphire” palette. Initially released back in 2006, the color combination was one of the first non-original developments with black nubuck uppers and accents in Bright Orange Citrus and Variety Red hues. The Citrus shade outlines the overlays — an embellishment rarely found on the silhouette — along with an embroidered Jumpman on the ankle collar laterals while the vibrant red accents the tongue, tongue branding and pull tab. Both colors detail the “23” heel tab as well as the midsole which sits over a black rubber outsole. The Air Jordan 7 “Citrus” is reported to release sometime around Summer or Fall for $200 USD at select retailers and Nike’s official website.

Air Jordan 6 “Georgetown” Expected To Release In September 2022

Image
“Georgetown” colors could very well eclipse the “University Blue” hype, as its appearance atop the Dunk Low and upcoming Air Jordan 1 ’85 have garnered quite the applause. Soon, the Air Jordan 6, too, will pledge allegiance to the Bulldogs, though we’ll have to wait until Fall to get our hands on a pair. According to the available mock-up, the Air Jordan 6 “Georgetown” will feature a dark grey suede across its upper. The tongue, lace unit, and midsole, though texturally distinct, are colored to match, further complementing the “College Navy” that appears atop the lace toggle, Jumpman branding, and just above sole’s icy blue touches. For a look at what to expect, see below. These are currently expected to release on September 3rd at a retail of $200 USD. Where To Buy The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Handcrafted”

Image
As we begin to close out yet another confusing year, the releases are gradually beginning to slow. And while it’s not certain whether they’ll arrive by Christmas, there are plenty of Air Jordan 1s to help ease us into the new year. Among them, the “Handcrafted” is soonest up, landing this Saturday in its muted multi-color. In essence, the “Handcrafted” (or “Crafted,” according to the brand) is a nod to what the Air Jordan 1 has become, a fashion icon. This version simply elevates the shoe with an artisanal feel, blending together premium hits of leather, nubuck, canvas, and the like. Reflective accents dress alongside, brightening up what is otherwise a drab arrangement of dark browns, deep purples, subdued greens, and the usual neutrals. Additionally, the Wings logo has been stitched on to further the “Crafted” effect. Enjoy another close-up look at the release below and expect it to hit Nike.com and select retailers on December 18th. Air Jordan 1 "Hand Crafted" Release Da

Where To Buy The Air Jordan 5 “Orange Blaze”

Image
Unofficially dubbed the “Shattered Backboard” colorway, the Air Jordan 5 “Orange Blaze” finally releases on October 2nd. Confirmed as part of Jordan Brand’s Fall 2021 collection, the pair brings summer-ready and inspired flair to the beginning of the autumnal season. An off-white tone makes up the majority of the retro’s aesthetic, with the aforementioned citrus tone animating the logo on the tongue and much of the midsole. Unlike standard iterations of Tinker Hatfield’s third design for Michael Jordan’s signature sneaker line, the upcoming Jordan 5 boasts a mesh construction around the ankle, not just at the mid-foot. The choice has been criticized by many spectators on social media, but the shoes’ clean color-blocking, reflective detailing and perfect-for-aging outsole will surely ensure that the pair sells out on release day. Enjoy detailed images of the shoes here below, and find the shoes via Nike SNKRS come Saturday, October 2nd. Air Jordan 5 Release Date: Oct 2nd, 2021 (Saturday
